The property was sold by Jasper Fine LLC and purchased by JCGS Group LLC, the family owner and operator of Milling Paving & Concrete (MPC), a provider of asphalt and concrete services throughout the Denver Metro.
15655 E 33rd Ave closed in May 2023, for $1,250,000. Jasper Fine, operating out of New York, no longer has a local presence in the state and was motivated to exchange their Colorado assets into a market they operate in. MPC plans to develop the 3.5-acre site, which is zoned I-1 (Light Industrial) in the City of Aurora, just southeast of the I-70 and Chambers Rd intersection.
MPC has plans to relocate their business operations to this site after constructing a 10,000 SF industrial building with a large outside storage area. MPC was motivated to purchase and develop this site due to the continued growth of their business.
