Pat has been actively involved in the Denver commercial real estate industry for 29 years. Multi-family Sales have been the staple of his brokerage business. However, through his diverse relationships, he has completed many transactions in almost every category in the investment arena including, self-storage, office, retail, industrial, hotel and various land development transactions. Although 95% of his work has been in the State of Colorado, he has represented his clients in multiple states throughout the Southwest United States. His total deal volume is well over $1B.
